NIA is a thoughtful blend of fluid, organic movements that engage muscles, enhance flexibility and coordination, all while avoiding destructive effects on your body. It´s a holistic approach to physical activity that emphasizes the harmonious connection of body, mind, emotions, and spirit. 

Behind the mix of martial arts, dance and relaxation techniques is one idea: to allow participants to move in their own way, so that they develop balance, strength, and beauty. By listening to own inner voice and following the “pleasure principle”, you self-heal, feel more balanced and do your bodies good.
